Anima Maía presents
THE
RAGE RAVE
For the women who are fucking furious.
Loud music. Raw movement. No shame.
Some things don’t need another journal prompt. Or a bloody bubble bath. Sometimes you want to turn the music up, stomp your feet and let your body speak.
An hour with other women and the anger we are so often expected to swallow. Come exactly as you are.

What to expect
You’re allowed to feel
every fucking bit of it.
Turn it up.
Loud music with some teeth. The sort that meets you where you are, without asking you to put a positive spin on it.
Move as you please.
Stomp. Shake. Dance. Sit down when you need to. There’s no choreography to get right and no prize for going hardest.
Leave the performance.
No compulsory sharing, screaming or emotional breakthrough. You decide how you take part. Your body. Your pace.
