I have been a massage therapist for 10 years and have worked on a huge range of clients from builders to ballerinas, professional and semi-professional athletes, and just about everyone in between!
I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach to massage, they often vary depending on the needs of you as an individual.
Here is an idea of what I offer:
Neck, Back & Shoulders: my most popular treatment, targeting those regions usually holding a great deal of stress.
Relaxation Massage: a soothing and nurturing massage working with the mind, body, and soul for complete relaxation.
Swedish Massage: smooth, sweeping full body techniques to increase circulation and support your overall wellbeing.
Deep Tissue Massage: targeting your “problem” areas with a massage to alleviate pain and chronic discomfort/tension.
Face & Head Massage (including Neck & Shoulders): for those who require total relaxation! This massage is anti-aging and supports in reduction of fine-lines & wrinkles.

I offer a range of personalised packages for you and your family/friends who are visiting France in departments 87, 24 & 16.
Whether you are looking for a spa-style pamper massage or a nourishing yoga class, I have got you covered.
I am an experienced massage therapist and yoga teacher and have worked internationally in the UK, France, Australia, and Bali. The yoga I teach is gentle, it’s restorative and nourishing, but don’t be fooled, it is also a great way to work the body, and connect too. Classes are suitable for all abilities and all bodies (except expecting mums, sorry!) They last 60 minutes and include breathing, postures, and relaxation.
I provide all the necessary equipment, and just ask you to find a spot we can practice, if outside, with some shade. If it’s a location or gite I know, I can also offer suitable suggestions!
